Terms and Conditions – 88ee Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 88ee at https://88ee.pw, creating a player account or using any feature of the platform — including the game lobby, sports betting, live casino, bingo, fish games, VIP programme or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and 88ee regarding your use of the platform. They apply alongside the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may be issued from time to time. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and play on 88ee, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your location.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close relative of an 88ee employee in a role with access to platform data.
• Not have had a previous 88ee account closed for breach of these terms.

88ee may ask for identity verification documents at any stage, including CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Account withdrawals may be held pending verification. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one 88ee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. You must keep this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 88ee will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your full password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 88ee support immediately. Do not share your login details with any third party.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 88ee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the Deposit section of your account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your 88ee balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the method used and network conditions. 88ee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to other people is not permitted. If a deposit is found to have come from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending review.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant or near-instant.
• Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your bank.
• Card deposits are subject to your card issuer's processing times.
• 88ee does not charge deposit fees on most methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If a direct return is not available, 88ee will use the most practical equivalent method and may request confirmation from you before processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before being processed, which may involve identity or source-of-funds verification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name. 88ee reserves the right to request verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. Providing accurate documentation promptly will speed up the process.

88ee aims to process approved withdrawals quickly. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method and provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. 88ee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the 88ee platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88ee offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. These specific terms are displayed alongside each promotion and must be read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all 88ee promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined unless explicitly permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino, table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded — check the individual promotion terms.
• Free spins winnings are usually credited as bonus funds subject to their own wagering requirements.
• 88ee reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus funds or remaining wagering requirements not met by the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

Bonus abuse is taken seriously on 88ee. If a player is found to have exploited a bonus — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage on bonus terms, use of automated software, or coordinating with other accounts — all bonuses will be voided and the account may be permanently suspended.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds played on 88ee are subject to the rules of the specific game or market. In sports betting, the settlement of markets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the official PSL governing body.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 88ee:

• Bets accepted and confirmed on the platform are binding. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to a displayed odds error, a game malfunction or a connectivity issue that interrupts a round — 88ee reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the player's balance.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply per game, per market and per day. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and reopening at any time based on match events. A bet will only be valid if it was accepted before the market was suspended.
• For slot games, the RTP (Return to Player) percentage is determined by the game developer and certified by independent testing labs. 88ee does not alter game outcomes.
• Fish game and crash game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Results are independent of previous rounds.

88ee may delay payment on any winning bet or game round where there is a reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, technical fault or rules breach pending investigation. During this time, the balance will be held but the player will be notified.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploit are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or interfere with the 88ee platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino or any other game where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Engaging in systematic exploitation of odds errors, bonus terms or promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

88ee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that these terms have been breached. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, the account and any associated balance may be frozen pending investigation.

If your account is closed for breach of these terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that had not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real money balances not associated with active bonuses will generally be returned to the player after verification, unless the closure is due to fraud, in which case the balance may be held pending the outcome of any investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can contact 88ee support at any time. If you want to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, we will action the closure promptly without requiring a waiting period. Any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.

10 Responsible Gaming

88ee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for Pakistan players. Gaming should always be recreational and funded from disposable income — never from money set aside for essential expenses such as rent, food, bills or education.

• Set a personal PKR budget before each session and stick to it regardless of results.

12 Limitation of Liability

88ee provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88ee's liability to any player is limited to the actual funds held in that player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arises. 88ee is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or speculative losses including loss of expected winnings, loss of data or loss of enjoyment arising from platform downtime, technical faults or any other cause.

13 Changes to These Terms

88ee reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 88ee platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. You will not be penalised for closing your account in response to a terms update you disagree with, and any verified real-money balance will be returned.
